Mrs. Aidevbo Nosa-Iduoze has a B.sc in Computer Science from University of Ilorin and a master’s in Project
Management from University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, She has worked in multinational corporations like in MTN, Airtel and IBM as a Human Resources Partner among other job roles she has held.
She rose to be the Lead Talent Acquisition Operations, People & Culture - (Mastercard Foundation) and currently the Chairman of the board of Firmus MFB. Her unique expertise and knowledge have driven the board decisions.
Olugbenga Kolawole is an experienced business executive having a BSC and an MBA degree from the University of Benin. He has extensive and deep knowledge of the Capital market, pension fund administration as well as the real estate industry.
He began his career with AIICO insurance and has worked in diverse roles across different industries since then including the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He has Strong professional skills in Business Development, B2B Sales & Marketing, Financial Instruments & Real Estate Assets
He is currently a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Firmus Microfinance Bank Limited.
Bolanle Izebvije Monite graduated from the Federal University of Technology Akure in March 2001 with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Agriculture & Environmental Science.
He has a distinguished banking career of over a decade, 2 of which were spent at Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank)and 5 years with Access Bank as a Key Talent staff where he resigned in March 2013 to join KeystoneBank for another 4 years.
He resigned from Keystone Bank in Feb 2018 to lead a dynamic crop of accomplished middle-aged professionals as the Chief Executive Officer of Firmus with the mandate to transform the organisation into a world-class Retail financial services provider.
Mrs. Adeyinka Olowonyo is a seasoned International Trade Expert with over 13 years’ experience. She holds a BSc in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University formerly known as Ogun State University, an MBA in Finance and Investment Specialization from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
She is a student member Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). She is a Fellow of the International Management Consultant (FIMC).
Adeyinka is a Certified Trade Expert after successfully completing the Standard Bank Johannesburg Trade Tutor Examination in 2008. Before joining Nosak Group in 2010, she started her career as a supervisor in the Trade department of the defunct I.B.T.C (Investment Banking and Trust Company) which later became STANBIC IBTC bank where she rose to the level of Senior Banking Officer within 5years. She is the Sector Head Treasury and Asset Management at Nosak. She also has a wealth of knowledge from the several courses attended (both local and foreign) on International Trade.
She is currently a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Firmus Microfinance Bank Limited.
Madam Ladi Ene Garba is a leading Sales and business leader with over 20 years professional experience with an LL.B, B.L and MBA.
She began her career as a lawyer, after obtaining her LLB degree from the University of Jos in 1992 and was called to the Nigerian Bar the following year.
She has worked in several leadership in top tier banks in Nigeria including UBA, Access Bank and Keystone Bank where she was the Assistant General Manager.
She is currently an Independent Director at FirmusMFB
Dorothy Eromosele is a corporate lawyer with a B.A degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana as well as an LL. B degree in Law from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
She was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2016. She has worked in the law chambers of Fola Akinrinsola Ojo & Co and as in- house counsel in Mentor Energy Consulting where she gained experience in corporate and transactional law.
She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK and is currently a Director at Firmus
Efemena Majemite is an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry.
She is skilled in Negotiation, Legal Writing, Management, Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property, and International Law.
She is a strong professional with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) focused in international business law from
Coventry University.
She is currently the Company Secretary for Firmus Microfinance Bank.
