1. BUSINESS GROWTH OFFICER

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in sales/ any other related field
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven record of accomplishment in client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue generation. Ability to work under less supervision.
  4. Ability to build and manage strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Must have a proper understanding of the market space.
  6. Responsible for generating new loan, deposit and other bank business through prospecting, outside calling, networking, and referrals.
  7. Responsible for a team of people that will meet all sales targets on:
  • Accounts opening (New Customers)
  • Retail Deposits Loans (New Customers)
  • Fixed Deposit Investments
  • POS sales

 

2. OPERATIONS OFFICER – FIRMUS GROUP

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any relevant banking software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Support daily operational activities and ensure seamless operation of our asset management division.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational systems, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage logistics and resource allocation to optimize operational performance with the guidance of the COO.
  • Coordinate and communicate between departments to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations.
  • Prepare reports on operations and performance metrics for management review.
  • Handle administrative tasks and support other staff.
  • Contribute to project management activities and lead smaller projects as needed.

 

3. INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER – FIRMUS RETAIL SERVICES

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as well as a course/certification in Control, Risk or Compliance is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in internal controls or audit, specifically within the retail banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
  • A business acumen is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating risk and compliance concepts to various audiences.
  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

4. CASH MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management, or a similar field.
  2. Excellent negotiating skills.
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Must be sales oriented and ready to meet/surpass given target.
  5. Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
  6. Knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word.
  7. Must have an Android Phone for branchless set up.
  8. Must be able to meet all agreed targets:
  • Liability Generation
  • Asset Creation
  • Retail Deposits
  • Number of Accounts
  • Number of Cards
  • Volume per card
  • Reactivation Of dormant accounts
  • Documentation of Credit Files
