- Firmus Current Account opening – N20,000.00 (Compulsory) for business, N8,000.00 for salary earners
- Execution of Firmus loan application forms
- Execution of Firmus Guarantor form and provision of collateral
- Valid ID and Work ID for both applicant and guarantor.(NIN and Intl Passport Compulsory)
- Utility Bill for both applicant and guarantors.
- Complete CAC documents(Certificate, Memorandum of Association, form CAC7, form CAC 2)
- Invoice/documents for the asset to be purchased
- Insurance stating Firmus as First loss Payee
- Chattel Mortgage on Asset to be purchased/ tracker installation
- Provision of active statement of account from applicant and guarantor
- Activation of payment mandates on accounts provided by the applicant and guarantor
- Execution of Offer letter
- Provision of cheques for repayment from both applicant and guarantor
- Execution of Stock Hypothecation form
- Execution of Offer letter
