FIRMUS CLUSTER LOANS REQUIREMENTS (WEEKLY)

Cluster loan open to only small scale business owners, traders, market men and women

Rate-5% Flat (monthly) + 1% compulsory savings on principal disbursed (50K to 1m)
3% processing fee + CRC N500 + 1% Credit Life fee (upfront fee)
Repayment is weekly (Principal + interest)
Repayments must not exceed 4 month amounting to 16 weeks (weekly)
Execution of FirmusMFB loan application forms
Provision of one guarantor
Provision of two guarantors on loans above 500k
Valid ID and Work ID for both applicant and guarantor.
Utility Bill for both applicant and guarantor.
Execution of Offer letter.
Execution of Guarantor Agreement.
